International Review of the Aesthetics and Sociology of Music (IRASM)

International Review of the Aesthetics and Sociology of Music (IRASM)

IRASM je jedini časopis za estetiku i sociologiju glazbe u svijetu. Izlazi kontinuirano od 1970. U njemu je dosad objavljeno preko 640 članaka više od stotinu istaknutih svjetskih i domaćih muzikologa, sociologa i estetičara iz 27 zemalja. Članci se objavljuju na engleskom, francuskom i njemačkom sa sažecima na hrvatskom jeziku.

IRASM is the only world journal specialized for the aesthetics and sociology of music. It has been published continuously since 1970, with more than 640 articles by over 100 outstanding musicologists, sociologists and aestheticians coming from 27 countries all over the world. Articles are published in English, French and German, with summaries in Croatian.


Submission guidelines for the International Review of the Aesthetics and Sociology of Music (IRASM)

Manuscripts in English, French or German (with a half-page abstract in the language of the article, and a one-page summary in English) in two clear copies typed with double spacing between all lines, including footnotes, illustrations and music examples (both ready to print), together with a computer diskette or CD-ROM in Word for Windows or Macintosh, should be sent to: IRASM, Opatička 18, HR-10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

Articles can also be preliminary announced and/or submitted by e-mail on: tuxar@hazu.hr (for: Stanislav Tuksar, Editor-in-Chief of the IRASM).

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish each of their illustrations and music examples.

All articles are reviewed.

Knjiga Povijest glazbe Srednjega vijeka u francuskom izvorniku dio je serije „Collection hier“ poznatog francuskog izdavača Presses Universitaires de France i predstavljala je niz desetljeća nakon prvog izdanja 1950. standardni udžbenik za glazbu Srednjega vijeka na francuskim sveučilištima.
